A big part of the solution is limiting the amount of plastic you bring into your home. You can begin this forever changing lifestyle by focusing on eliminating one particular plastic from your life or try to stop using this type of plastic as much as possible. Then you can focus on other types of plastics later on. All you have to do is say “NO!” to just one plastic item everyday.
To live without the plastics in everyday you have to think about very closely what and where you will buy your groceries, what kind of cosmetics you will use, you will even have to think about your toothpaste. So on paper it is possible to live without the plastics, but it will take a lot of time, just to planning how to reduce plastic usage and in nowadays peoples even don’t have time for themselves, so they will not have enough time to think about their plastic waste, because it is very time consuming.
